Tuka

It is hard not to notice Tuka, whether it is his sweet face or the fact that he is coming in head first for some head scratches, this boy is something special. Tuka was injured while in his previous home and was not taken in for medical care. Luckily, this boy had his guardian angel with him at the time and survived being hit by a transport truck at the age of 4. Tuka has no idea he's any different from any other dog though, he is a happy, healthy boy just looking for his forever home.

Tuka is looking for a forever home that has a fenced yard, and a loving family that will shower him with all that he wasn't given in his previous home. Tuka is not comfortable around children, so a home without kids will be needed for him. Tuka loves dogs and is currently being fostered at a doggy day care. He is enjoying life with new dog friends that come to visit every day and play with him. This boy is a lover through and through, he would like his spot to be side you no matter where you are; in bed, on the couch or on an adventure in the car or out on the trails.

Tuka would love to have another dog friend in his new home if there is anyone out there looking for a new forever friend. Tuka is fully house trained and loves food. He will make sure your home stays crumb-free for sure. This boy does have a bit of separation anxiety, but is doing well to learn that his foster mom will come back and he doesn't need to feel abandoned.
