To honour National Cupcake Day on February 27, we will be hosting Cupcakes For Kitties, where we will be selling cupcakes by the dozen with all proceeds going to looking after the critters under our care (donkeys, alpacas, and of course our kitties!).
In order to make this event a success we are calling on your baking expertise again. So get those mixers ready, aprons brushed off, and ingredients gathered as we looking for donations of scrumptious, mouth watering, delectable unfrosted cupcakes. We will be collecting these delicious donations up to February 20th, freezing them and then our grateful team will be frosting them into the shape of roses. We will then be delivering them to customers who would appreciate delivery of their orders on the 27th. We ask that the unfrosted cupcakes come in multiples of dozens.
Information on ordering your dozen rose cupcakes for Cupcakes for Kitties will be posted in a few days, so please look forward to that, as we don’t want you to miss out on this delicious opportunity.
There will be team members able to pick up or accept drop off of cupcakes in the following locations: Penticton, Summerland, Kelowna, and Vernon. Please message us if you need their contact info or if you have any questions or concerns. We thank you so much in advance for your generous donation of your amazing unfrosted cupcakes.
National Cupcake Day™ is officially held on Monday, February 27, 2017.
Not able to participate on the actual day? No problem! You can hold your National Cupcake Day™ Party any time in December, January or February. Once you’ve worked out the date, time and location of your National Cupcake Day™ Party, mark it on your calendar and start brainstorming some ideas for fabulous, creative cupcakes!
We will be selling your beautiful cupcakes and all proceeds go to Critteraid.
